GRASPINNOPLUS is an INTERREG MED Program project that aims to transfer key deliverables/outputs developed and tested at transnational level in GRASPINNO project such as Database, eGPP Support tool and Life Cycle Costing tool (Unified Platform Package) to new MED territories. These instruments are expected to generate territorial dynamics impacting on local and regional communities, in terms of decision-making procedures and policies. The new dynamics will also be favourably impacting on eco-innovation of clusters and networks for provision of their products and services, focusing on GPP methods and other intervention areas.

REINTELLIGENT supported Lead partner Terre di Siena Lab (TSL) to evaluate the results of a transnational survey in order to create the best conditions to update the innovative contents developed within the Project and adapt them to the specific needs and contexts of the MED territories involved. The transnational survey was coordinated by the partners holding good practices (givers); the receiving partners identified and motivated the main members/stakeholders of the network to participate in local focus groups and joint capitalization workshops. The objective was to respond to the needs of Local Authorities and local SMEs by providing them with specific information/ training tools at transnational level.

REINTELLIGENT also supported TSL in the evaluation of the results of the introductory focus group, reserved to the political and technical managers of the Partners, which focused on the advantages of GRASPINNO methodologies and tools, and allowed for an exchange of initiatives and experiences by all partners.

The work included support for TSL in the design of the Capitalization Plan for the transfer of the package of the unified platform of GRASPINNO based on results of the Transnational Survey and Focus Group, in coordination with the Communication Plan of the Project.

Further, the work included support for TSL in updating the Training Material for the Training Sessions reserved to: a) Technicians and officials responsible for PAs in charge of procurement activities and responsible for sustainable development policies; b) Technicians and commercial managers of SMEs in trade and services, construction, manufacturing. The training sessions aimed to support the receiving partners in the use of the GRASPINNO tools, alternating between common practical application and exercises on the acquired know-how.

REINTELLIGENT supported TSL in updating the project tools to allow new partners (receivers) to access and include their territories in the Database of the unified platform package of GRASPINNO.

Further, REINTELLIGENT supported TSL in the training of stakeholders for effective use of the GRASPINNO Unified Platform Package.

REINTELLIGENT also prepared documents for the signing of formal commitments and adoption of GRASPINNO results by the receiving Project Partners, which commited to carry out the above-mentioned joint actions. Dissemination is ensured by the involvement of the associated Project Partners (through their stakeholders) and by a communication strategy that included local technical workshops for the involvement of stakeholders from outside the partnership.
